The four years of study at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine has provided Zainali with a strong in depth understanding of the body. With his interest in sport, he decided to write his dissertation about hamstring injury prevention in footballers and completed his degree with a Masters in Osteopathy.

During his first year as a graduate osteopath he embarked on an internship program with the Osteopathic Sports Care Association (OSCA). The position involved working alongside GB athletes and provided a great opportunity to learn from Olympic medallists, coaches and S&C practitioners. He has since then become a Fellow of Applied Functional Science from the internationally renowned Gray Institute of Functional Transformation (GIFT). This knowledge has allowed Zainali to assess and treat according to your functional goals and abilities, in-cooperating 3D movement assessments and functional exercises. He has further taken courses on kenesio-taping and constantly re-energises his knowledge with continuous professional development.

Zainali is a fully registered osteopath via the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association (OSCA) and the British Osteopathic Association (BOA).
